About the Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Senior Early Years Educator to lead and inspire in our Brighton nursery. Your role will involve:
* Creating a safe, welcoming, and nurturing environment where children feel valued and supported.
* Encouraging curiosity, exploration, and creativity to foster each child’s development.
* Collaborating with a dynamic team to help grow our nursery into a truly fascinating and inspiring setting.
* Building strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues to create a positive and inclusive community.
* Supporting the implementation of our vision for outstanding early years education.
What We’re Looking For
* A Level 3 (or above) qualification in Early Years Education or equivalent.
* Proven experience working in a leadership or senior role within a nursery or early years setting.
* A genuine passion for child development, with the creativity and drive to inspire young learners.
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills to support a collaborative work environment.
* A commitment to providing outstanding care and education.
