This is a fantastic role for a client who are growing and looking to bolster their Private Client team by adding a further Court of Protection Solicitor or Legal Executive to their team. You will play a key role in delivering solutions to clients around Wills, LPA / Trusteeship, probate as well as Trusts. You should also be happy to get involved in marketing and BD initiatives to help bring in new clients and raise awareness of the services on offer by the firm as well as the Private Client team.
Some of the key responsibilities of the Private Client Solicitor role include
* Working with existing as well as new clients from initial triage, being their point of contact throughout.
* Undertake regular client meetings and check-ins – often face-face and tailoring advice to suit each situation and client
* Undertake networking, BD and other firm wide initiatives to continue to attract new clients to the firm
The successful candidate will have
* Qualified Solicitor / CILEX with 1-4 years PQE in Private Client
* Highly organised and able to keep all systems updated
* Professional, friendly, and supportive communication style (verbal and written)
* Ability to use your own initiative to prioritise and react to changing priorities and your own diary.
* Driving licence
