Job Description
Provide efficient clerical support to all employees within the establishment and assist in delivering front-line services to users. This role supports the promotion, delivery, and integration of the Council's key objectives, including the Community Plan, Shared Commitments, Single Outcome Agreement, and Best Value.
Requirements
The duties involve regulated work with children and/or protected adults, as specified in the Protection of Vulnerable Groups (Scotland) Act 2007. Successful applicants must become a PVG Scheme member or have an existing record updated before a formal offer of employment can be made. PVG records are regularly updated, and any relevant disclosures will be discussed with the applicant prior to employment.

The Individual
This is a permanent, full-time, term-time position based at the Robert Burns Academy within the Barony Campus, Cumnock. The work hours are 35 hours per week during term time, as directed by the line manager. The full-time salary ranges from £24,333 to £25,353 annually, with a prorated salary of £20,870 to £21,744 during term time.
