Senior HR Advisor -Poole - Hybrid - Up to £40,000-FTC We are exclusively representing a well-established and fast-paced manufacturing business seeking an experienced HR professional to join their team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This is a key role, working across multiple sites to provide comprehensive HR support throughout the entire employee lifecycle. You will partner closely with managers and employees to ensure HR policies and processes are compliant, consistent, and people focused. What you'll be doing: Lead end-to-end recruitment and onboarding for production, engineering, and support roles Provide expert guidance on employee relations, including disciplinary, grievance, and absence cases Maintain and update HR records, including contracts, personnel files, and absence logs Ensure all HR practices are compliant with UK employment law and internal policies Prepare payroll data accurately for submission to the finance team (not processing payroll) Support the administration of pensions and employee benefits Review and update HR policies and procedures in line with legislation and business needs Coordinate occupational health referrals, return-to-work processes, and wellbeing initiatives Produce HR metrics and reports to support decision-making and identify trends About the company: We are working with a well-established manufacturing business that values operational excellence and continuous improvement What we're looking for: Proven experience in a generalist HR role, ideally within manufacturing or a similar operational environment Strong working knowledge of UK employment legislation and HR compliance requirements Confident in handling employee relations cases with professionalism and consistency Proficient in using HR systems (HRIS) and managing sensitive data A proactive, adaptable approach with the confidence to challenge and drive improvements Hours & Benefits: Hybrid /Flexible Working Generous Pension Scheme Great Benefits Are you interested in the Senior HR Advisor role and would like to be considered?
