Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager at Holiday Inn Telavi, Georgia. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving the hotel's sales strategy, generating leads, building and maintaining client relationships, and achieving revenue targets. Duties include effectively identifying and converting opportunities, representing the hotel at networking events, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure guest satisfaction and operational excellence. The Sales Manager will play a key role in promoting the hotel's offerings to corporate, leisure, and MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Events) markets.
Qualifications
* Proven experience in sales, business development, and account management, preferably in the hospitality or hotel industry
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
* Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail
* Knowledge of market trends in the hospitality sector and familiarity with sales analytics
* Ability to work effectively as part of a team and across departments
* Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools
* Fluency in English; knowledge of Georgian or additional languages is a plus
* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field
