We are looking for an Online Trading Assistant to join team Whistles in achieving our short, medium and long-term ecommerce objectives. What you’ll do Ensuring all products are live on site and all information is correct as per the product launch checklist Taking ownership of launch process Ensuring all products are assigned to all relevant categories. Visual merchandising of product pages, ensuring optimum position and maximum commercial exposure of all products based on analytics, trading requirements and stock availability Working with the online coordinator to carry out categorization audit Managing the Ecommerce request tracker. Ensuring all queries are dealt with in a timely manner Conduct daily site walks to ensuring attributes and PDP content is pulling trough as expected Who you’ll be Excellent Communication skills Confident building relationships with multiple stakeholders Well organised Able to work to deadlines Comfortable analysing reports and data Previous experience in a retail fashion environment and a basic understanding of merchandising would be beneficial but not essential.
