Senior Fire Safety Engineer – Glasgow – £70,000 + Bonus
We are a leading independent fire safety design consultancy with decades of experience on iconic projects worldwide, from sports stadiums to large‑scale urban developments. We are seeking a Senior Fire Safety Engineer to join our Glasgow team. Salary Package
* Basic salary: £55,000 – £70,000 (flexible based on experience)

Key Duties
* Lead projects and manage client relationships from initial concept through to completion
* Collaborate with directors, clients and design teams to deliver high‑quality fire safety solutions
* Apply fire safety principles and building regulations to ensure compliance with governing bodies’ codes
* Prepare engineering reports, calculations and detailed fire safety drawings
* Manage project teams, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest standard
* Mentor and support junior engineers, providing guidance and development opportunities
What You Will Need
* Previous experience in fire safety engineering, with significant exposure to managing projects
* Proven ability to lead and manage fire safety projects from inception to completion
* Excellent problem‑solving skills and the ability to approach complex challenges with practical solutions
* A solid understanding of fire safety regulations and the technical knowledge required for their application
* Strong communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and internal teams
* A relevant university degree or equivalent qualification in fire safety engineering or a related field
