Rate of pay: £14.27ph
Hours & days to suit the needs of the business (will change throughout the year)
Contracted a minimum 20 per week including early mornings and evenings throughout the week along with weekend working
You must hold a current NPLQ and have a minimum 1 year experience working as a lifeguard
This role is ideal for someone looking to take the next step in their leisure career.
You will be trained to act up as a Lido Shift Supervisor when required, gaining valuable experience in supervising staff, managing operations, and responding to incidents and customer issues.
Shift Supervisor rate (when acting up): £15.43ph
You'll help us keep the Lido safe, welcoming, and well-run. Lifeguarding, supporting customers, and working closely with the team in a busy, community-focused outdoor facility.
