Accountabilities
* Consult with key stakeholders pre-sale and post-sale to ensure alignment with project scope.
* Conduct software implementation and upgrades according to established guidelines.
* Guide clients on best practices to achieve workflow efficiency.
* Lead training sessions for clients during the implementation process.
* Monitor feedback for process improvements and client satisfaction.
* Travel to client sites for installation of software products.
* Maintain a commitment to superior customer service throughout client relationships.
* Resolve project issues or escalate when necessary according to protocols.
* Mentor other Consultants to enhance knowledge across the team.
* Prioritize and organize project tasks for timely completion.
* Complete additional projects as assigned.
