The role
As a Logistics Team Member, you’ll be a key part of keeping our operations running smoothly. You’ll manage the flow of goods in and out of the kitchen in a busy, supportive environment.
Role Responsibilities
* Receiving fresh produce through goods in
* Replenishing stock for the production kitchen
* Picking and prioritising orders in line with delivery schedules
* Wrapping and loading orders through goods out
* Supporting accurate and effective shift handovers
* Flagging any equipment issues within your area
* Working as part of a fast‑paced team to achieve daily targets
The Ideal Candidate
We’re proud of doing things the right way at Bigham’s, and our values sit at the heart of everything we do. You’ll thrive here if you:
* Bring extraordinary – you take pride in your work, ask “how can we?” and bring energy, enthusiasm and a positive, can‑do attitude, even in a fast‑paced environment
* Bring people together – you enjoy working as part of one team, support those around you, and respect the different skills, backgrounds and experiences everyone brings
* Bring real care & attention – you focus on doing things properly, pay attention to the details, and are always open to learning, developing your skills and being better tomorrow than you were yesterday
Previous warehouse experience is helpful, and experience using forklifts or reach trucks would be an advantage – but it’s not essential. Full equipment training will be provided.
If you’re ready to roll up your sleeves and be part of a team that takes real pride in what they do, we’d love to hear from you.
