Counter Fraud Paralegal – Marston Green
Our client is seeking Counter Fraud Lawyers to join its market-leading and highly respected counter-fraud team the largest and longest-established in the UK.
The Role:
* Manage a caseload of suspected fraudulent insurance claims on a non-delegated basis such as Bogus Passenger & Credit Hire Fraud, Staged/Contrived & Induced Accidents, Low Speed Impact & Late Notification Claims, Fraudulent Exaggeration and MIB, Linked & Organised Crime
* Work closely with insurer clients to agree strategy and deliver strong commercial outcomes
* Identify strategic litigation opportunities and emerging fraud trends
* Undertake advocacy where appropriate and cost-effective
* Ensure compliance with CPR, client guidelines and SRA standards
* Maintain accurate case management, MI, billing and time recording
About You:
* Experience in civil litigation/insurance claims handling
* Experience with RTA pre-litigated and/or litigated matters
* Strong advocacy, analytical and client-care skills
* Commercially aware with experience working to targets
* Excellent organisation, communication and IT skills
