The role of the Internal Sales Executive Timber Products will involve:
Internal Sales Executive position selling a range of timber products such as hardwoods, softwoods, MDF, cladding, decking, fencing, sleepers, insulation, hardware and tools
Selling to contractors, housebuilders, developers, timber merchants, builders merchants, joinery manufacturers and trade
Dealing with inbound sales enquiries via telephone and email
Processing orders and making cold calls with a focus on generating new business
Pro-actively selling, following up leads and enquiries promptly
Producing quotes to customers and following up to convert sale
Providing excellent customer service to clients and building relationships
Supporting with general requirements for the branch and wide sales team
The ideal applicant will be an Internal Sales Executive Timber Products with:
Must have sales experience within the timber industry
Must be able to work autonomously and as part of a team
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Pro-active approach to generating new business
Driven, enthusiastic, hungry and lots of self-motivation
Computer Literate (Microsoft Office)
