Production Operative
Location: St Ives, Cambridgeshire
Salary: Starting at £32,739 increasing over time + Benefits
Shifts: 12 hours Days/Nights rotating with only 1 Saturday morning every 3 weeks AND 4 consecutive days off every 2 out of 3 weeks (further details in the advert below)

Shift Pattern
Our site follows this shift pattern:
* 2 Days on, 1 day off, 2 nights on, 4 days off, 3 days on, 1 half-day (Saturday morning), 1 day off, 3 nights on, 4 days off
Shifts run from 6AM - 6PM / 6PM - 6AM, or 6AM - 12PM on a Saturday half-day.
Mission
You will work as part of a team to manufacture high-quality concrete products using advanced technology and techniques, prioritizing health and safety. Tasks include operating machinery, using hand tools, shot blast machinery, and mobile plant such as forklifts. You will learn manufacturing techniques, safety, quality, waste management, and OEE, with opportunities for skill development and pay progression.
Skills and Qualifications
* Experience in a busy production or manufacturing environment is preferred but not essential
* Forklift license and experience are advantageous
* Strong team spirit
* Flexibility for shift rotation or night shifts
* Basic computer skills
* IOSH or Safe to Supervise qualification is a plus but not required
