Job Title: Principal Biostatistician

The Role:
They are now seeking an experienced Principal Biostatistician to join their growing global team. This role offers a balance of responsibilities - with approximately 60% focused on project oversight and leadership, and 40% on hands-on technical biostatistics work - making it ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of strategy and execution.
Key Responsibilities
* Serve as the lead biostatistician on programs of studies, regulatory submissions, and individual trials ranging from simple to highly complex.
* Oversee statistical activities that support client and regulatory interactions, ensuring scientific and operational excellence.
* Review and approve statistical methodologies within study protocols, statistical analysis plans, and clinical study reports.
* Contribute to research proposals, budget development, and provide expert statistical consulting.
* Represent biostatistics in bid defense and client-facing meetings, showcasing technical expertise and leadership.
Qualifications:
* Master’s degree or PhD in Biostatistics, Statistics, or related discipline.
* 9+ years’ experience with a Master’s, or 7+ years with a PhD.
* Deep knowledge of statistical methods, clinical trial design, and regulatory requirements across multiple therapeutic areas.
* Proven ability to manage and oversee statistical processes for complex clinical programs.
* Strong leadership, communication, and client-facing skills.
* Ability to balance strategic oversight with hands-on technical contribution.
