Step Up in Your PR Career – Join a bold, collaborative PR Agency with a high-performing B2B / property Team

Account Executive / Senior Account Executive

London – Hybrid (3 days in the office / 2 from home)

£28,000 - £32,000 + extensive benefits package

Are you ready to take the next step in your PR career? Do you enjoy managing campaigns, building strong client relationships, and delivering impactful media coverage that helps brands stand out?

My client is looking for an ambitious and commercially aware AE / SAE to join a growing B2B team and play a key role in delivering outstanding PR campaigns for a range of exciting clients. You’ll work across dynamic sectors including technology, fintech, professional services, property, and corporate communications — helping businesses build credibility, visibility, and authority through strategic storytelling.

This is the ideal opportunity for an experienced Account Executive or Senior Account Executive looking to strengthen their strategic thinking, develop client management skills, and take greater ownership of integrated PR campaigns within a supportive and collaborative agency environment.

What Youll Be Doing

You’ll work closely with Account Directors and senior leadership while taking increasing ownership of client accounts and campaign delivery. You’ll be proactive, organised, media savvy, and confident managing relationships with both clients and journalists.

Key areas of responsibility include:

Client Strategy & Campaign Management

* Support the development and execution of tailored PR strategies for B2B clients.
* Manage day-to-day campaign delivery across multiple accounts.
* Help plan integrated communications campaigns aligned to client objectives.
* Monitor and report on campaign performance using analytics and media evaluation tools.

Media Relations

* Build and maintain strong relationships with national, trade, and sector journalists.
* Confidently pitch stories, commentary, and thought leadership opportunities to media contacts.
* Secure high-quality coverage across print, online, and broadcast media.
* Monitor trends, news agendas, and competitor activity to identify opportunities for clients.

Content Creation

* Write compelling press releases, articles, thought leadership pieces, case studies, and briefing documents.
* Edit and refine client content to ensure quality, consistency, and strong messaging.
* Contribute ideas and creative angles that generate media interest and engagement.

Client Services & Collaboration

* Take an active role in client meetings, reporting, and campaign updates.
* Manage timelines, deliverables, and account administration effectively.
* Collaborate with colleagues across the agency to brainstorm and execute campaigns.
* Build trusted relationships with clients through proactive communication and strong delivery.

Professional Development

* Receive ongoing mentoring and support as you continue progressing your PR career.
* Contribute to new business ideas, proposals, and agency growth initiatives.
* Begin developing mentoring and leadership skills by supporting junior team members.

Apply for this role if…..

…you’re passionate about PR, confident managing campaigns, and eager to continue growing within a fast-paced B2B agency environment. You’ll be collaborative, commercially minded, organised, and hungry to progress.

Must-haves:

* Around 1 – 2 years of PR agency experience, within B2B.
* Strong writing skills with experience producing press releases, articles, and thought leadership content.
* Proven ability to secure quality media coverage and build journalist relationships.
* Excellent communication and organisational skills with strong attention to detail.
* Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines confidently.
* Experience participating in client meetings and campaign management.
* Familiarity with media monitoring and CRM tools such as Gorkana, Roxhill, Meltwater, or similar.

Nice-to-haves:

* Experience working on integrated communications or digital campaigns.
* Interest in business trends, AI, technology, or innovation.
* Desire to mentor junior colleagues and continue building leadership skills.

Why Join This Agency?

* People-First Culture: A supportive, collaborative environment where creativity and progression are genuinely encouraged.
* Career Progression: Clear development pathways with training, mentoring, and regular reviews.
* Exciting Clients: Work with ambitious startups, scaling businesses, and established global brands.
* Flexible Working: Hybrid setup with 3 days in a vibrant London office.
* High-Performing Team: Join a respected B2B PR agency with an excellent reputation and strong growth plans.
