📌Role Overview:
We are on the hunt for a highly skilled CTO to be responsible for the overall HR strategy at this company, including on-boarding, engagement, retention, total rewards, talent management, performance management, and employee relations.
📌Key Responsibilities:
* Define and drive the long-term technology strategy in alignment with the company's business goals.
* Identify emerging technologies that can be leveraged for competitive advantage.
* Lead innovation efforts, including R&D, prototyping, and technology evaluations.
* Oversee the engineering organization, including hiring, team structure, process, and culture.
* Ensure scalable, secure, and high-performance architecture and infrastructure.
* Champion best practices in software development, testing, DevOps, and system reliability.
* Partner with Product and Design teams to deliver high-impact technology solutions.
* Ensure technology supports both B2B and B2C product lifecycles where applicable.
* Maintain focus on usability, performance, extensibility, and customer impact.
📌Qualifications/Skills:
* 8–15+ years in technology leadership roles (e.g., VP Engineering, CTO, Head of Technology).
* Proven experience scaling engineering teams, platforms, or products in high-growth environments.
* Track record in relevant domains (e.g., Blockchain, Crypto, Fintech etc).
* Strong technical expertise in software architecture, systems design, cloud infrastructure, and APIs.
* Deep understanding of modern development practices (Agile, DevOps, CI/CD, microservices).
* Leadership in security, compliance, and governance in regulated or high-risk environments.
* Executive-level communication and stakeholder management.
* Strategic thinker with strong business acumen.
* Collaborative leadership style with high emotional intelligence and integrity.
