Facilities Management
Within our Facilities Management division, the Southwest Core team plays a crucial role in the day‑to‑day delivery of reactive and preventative works across a diverse range of properties and systems within our client’s sites as a FM Service Manager. Within the team, you will provide comprehensive repairs and maintenance to a range of commercial installations.
Position
To deliver a high‑quality and statutory‑compliant maintenance service to MoD property and assets, including the operation, repair and maintenance of building and fabric.
Responsibilities
* Respond to reactive calls, carry out first fix where possible and scope quotes for repair where first fix is not possible, ensuring minimum downtime.
* Carry out all planned building/fabric maintenance tasks as per program and keep accurate auditable records of works planned and completed.
* Ensure that the site is kept in good decorative order internally and externally, adhering to specification and ensuring timely completion.
* Work within all Health and Safety criteria and processes relevant to work activities.
* Show a proactive approach to Health & Safety in the work environment and take the necessary steps to mitigate risks.
* Client‑facing, maintaining high standards of customer care.
* Be flexible and undertake other reasonable duties to accommodate operational requirements.
* Understand your responsibility for the health, safety and wellbeing of your team and the wider group, while promoting a positive health and safety culture throughout.

Requirements
* Good standard education.
* NVQ Level 2 or above in a building services/trade discipline or equivalent.
