Salary: £46,224 (plus London location allowance £5,000 or £1,750 for Hanslope Park)
Location: King Charles Street London or Hanslope Park, Milton Keynes. 60% Hybrid on site.

Responsibilities
Manage project delivery, be proud of the results
* As Construction Project Manager, drive large, complex construction projects to delivered timelines, cost and quality.
* Monitor programme/project plans and customer requirements.
* Manage multi-functional teams, developing and coaching them in project principles and techniques.
* Map stakeholder needs and improve communications to fulfil project KPIs and obtain positive feedback.
* Schedule projects, major work packages and milestones for effective delivery.
* Establish supply chain, forecast pipeline, ensure adequate resource planning and optimal use of resources.
* Set project costs, maintain accurate records, and ensure work follows the FCDO Services governance model.
* Embed rigorous project risk and change management processes; escalate issues when needed.
* Support growth by developing work from existing and new customers, identifying opportunities for repeat or additional projects, and spotting potential new business.
* Prepare tender packs and manage construction contracts from award through to completion.
Create a positive, hardworking team
* Foster a positive working environment as a manager.
* Drive the team to identify and implement efficiency initiatives and innovations, with a focus on reducing delivery costs.
* Line manage project managers and support staff, encouraging development through coaching and mentoring.
Bring strong project management expertise, have a global impact
* Demonstrable experience leading and managing teams.
* Essential qualifications: PRINCE2 Practitioner, APM PMQ, ISEB Certificate in Project Management, or an equivalent qualification; applied project management methodologies in design, development and multidisciplinary construction projects.
* Knowledge of Health and Safety standards and Construction Design Management 2015.
* Experience in risk management, tracking project finances and budgets, forecasts, reporting, and documenting key stages including drafting, tendering and managing NEC4 or similar contracts.
* Membership of RIBA, RICS, ICE, IStructE, CIBSE or a professional body (APM advantageous); familiarity with M_o_R®, MSP® and M_o_V®, and awareness of the BSA is desirable.
* Experience managing large, complex projects in secure environments globally is desirable.
