Pump projects are developed from concept through design, manufacturing, testing, delivery, and lifecycle support.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and manage multiple concurrent projects across the full lifecycle – from bid handover through design, manufacturing, and final delivery.
* Act as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring strong relationships and clear communication.
* Drive project planning, scheduling, risk management, and cost control.
* Coordinate cross‑functional teams including design engineering, production, procurement, and quality.
* Ensure compliance with contractual, technical, and regulatory requirements.
* Identify and manage risks and opportunities, implementing mitigation strategies.
Qualifications
* Proven experience as a Project Manager within engineering, manufacturing, or OEM environments.
* Strong knowledge of complex mechanical equipment, ideally pumps or rotating equipment.
* Demonstrated experience delivering high‑value, technically complex projects.
* Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
* Strong commercial awareness, including budget control and contract management.
* Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, highly collaborative environment.
* Project management qualification (e.g., PRINCE2, PMP) desirable.
