Are you a Business Development Manager who has experience working within either the interior design, architectural or product design industry? If you are, we have a rare and exciting opportunity to join our award-winning clients in their Dubai office.

Our client is an award-winning multidisciplinary global practice that is looking for a Business Development Manager to assist with its rapid growth in the Middle East.

This position requires someone who is knowledgeable of the high-end luxury market and fluent in Arabic to expand / manage our client's substantial client database.

The successful Business Development Manager will be offered:

1. Upto 35,000 AED - depending on experience
2. Working visa
3. Health insurance coverage
4. Annual leave entitlement
5. Annual flight ticket (upon completion of the year)
6. Education allowance, non-convertible into cash

Business Development Manager requirements:

7. Fluent in Arabic is essential for this position
8. Minimum of 3 years experience and a proven track record of success in business development within either an interior design or architectural or product design industry
9. Adept at client-facing interactions
10. Proficiency in client database management
11. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients and colleagues at all levels
12. Strong negotiation and presentation abilities, with a focus on delivering compelling proposals and closing deals
13. Self-motivated, ambitious, and target-driven, with a commitment to achieving and exceeding business development objectives
14. Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and capitalize on business opportunities
15. Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field; additional certifications or qualifications in sales or business development are a plus

Key duties for the Business Development Manager will include but will not be limited to:

16. Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the architecture / interior design / product design industry, including market research, lead generation, and networking activities
17. Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients and other industry stakeholders to understand their needs and promote the company's services
18. Collaborate with the internal teams to create and implement effective strategies for business growth and client acquisition
19. Negotiate and finalize contracts, proposals, and agreements with clients, ensuring that all terms and conditions are favourable and aligned with the company's objectives
20. Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify potential risks and opportunities, and adjust business development strategies accordingly
21. Provide regular reports and updates on business development activities, sales performance, and client feedback to senior management
