DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
* Act as the primary contact for the Regional General Manager and Country Managers, analyzing business performance.
* Analyze trends, growth, and profitability for resellers and vendors across the region.
* Ensure the timeliness and accuracy of KPIs such as bookings, billings, and backlog.
* Conduct performance benchmarks, propose improvement plans to management.
* Prepare bonus calculations for key management (Director‑level and above) with the Regional HR Business Partner and Group FP&A.
* Analyze stock levels, aging, and rotation; support stock negotiations with vendors.
* Analyze FX exposure and coverage effectiveness.
* Support country finance teams in the monthly closing process; propose process improvements and harmonization.
* Coordinate with Group FP&A and Group Consolidation on key accounting decisions; prepare monthly and quarterly business reviews.
* Support long‑term planning initiatives; lead the annual budget process and quarterly forecast/landing processes.
* Review FX reporting and cash forecasting for the countries.
* Build financial investment plans for vendor development with management and Group Vendor Management teams.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
* 7 to 10 years of work experience, including corporate environment exposure.
* Background at a Big 4 accounting firm (audit or transaction services) is an advantage.
* Proficiency in PowerBI required; experience with Oracle NetSuite and OneStream preferred.
* Must be able to travel up to 15% within the region.
