Main duties of the job
* To assess and treat patients within designated specialist clinical area.
* To work flexibly according to service needs
* To assist Senior Therapy staff in service development and the provision of a quality service.
* To take responsibility where appropriate, for junior therapy staff and students and delegate duties as necessary, providing appropriate levelof support at all times.
* Under the direction of supervisor and other team members assist with specified areas of service provision as appropriate

Person Specification
Qualifications
* Degree or Diploma in Physiotherapy
* Health & Care Professions Council registration
* Ability to demonstrate a practical and theoretical working knowledge of identified specialist area of practice
Knowledge & Experience
* Ability to demonstrate a practical and theoretical working knowledge of postgraduate Physiotherapy Practice across a range of clinical settings appropriate to service rotations
* Previous experience of assessment and treatment of Neurological disorders and long term conditions
* Able to plan and carry out a complex and demanding workload
* Ability to work within a multidisciplinary team
* Experience of supervising and delegating to junior staff and appraisal
