About the role To provide a first-class, accurate and friendly first response to a range of daily enquiries and issues, ensuring a high standard of customer care is maintained at all times. You will be: • Providing housing and contract administrative support • Assisting the neighbourhood and housing management teams • Maintaining and managing accurate records • Raising and processing orders, and monitoring and recording information to assist with effective management of business finances • Where required, communicating with customers to triage and resolve incoming service requests • Working internally across Cornwall Housing to monitor key activities, collate information and provide assurance around estate and neighbourhood functions About you • Experience in an administrative and/or customer service role speaking to customers face to face or by phone and inputting and extracting financial data. • Great organisational and IT skills • Good attention to detail and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret information, solve basic problems logically and make appropriate and timely decisions relating to housing enquiries and the need for escalation. • An understanding of Housing and Landlord Services in a local authority is desirable To find out more about the role and requirements, please view the Role Profile. Our offer to you Salary: £27018.00 per annum Working Hours: 37 hours per week Contract Type: FTC 6 Months Base: Hybrid working - working from office, home, site and in the community as needed. Your base will be our main office in Chy Trevail, Bodmin, PL31 2FR. This role requires you to typically work from the office at least 1-2 day/s per week.
