Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage all catering and retail operations, ensuring high standards of service and quality
Drive revenue growth through innovative strategies and effective cost control

Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food hygiene regulations

Proven experience in a senior management role within catering, or retail
Strong leadership and team development skills
Commercially astute with a track record of driving sales and profitability
