Excellent opportunity for an experienced Service Desk Support Specialist to join our client's expanding team £33,000 - £38,000 + benefits.
About the Role
Responsible for inbound fault ticketing and the helpdesk function for Audio Visual equipment at various sites. Oversee internal IT systems and assets, assist with upgrades and repairs. Prepare Audio Visual hardware and accessories ahead of project installation to ensure proper configuration.
Responsibilities
* Deploy and manage company IT hardware & software.
* Log calls/tickets and provide 1st and 2nd line support within SLA.
* Support and troubleshoot AV software and hardware.
* Communicate with customers and site contacts.
* Generate reports and explore new reporting options.
* Work with Microsoft devices and partner equipment, including Microsoft Teams Rooms.
* Manage hardware updates during pre-staging.
* Collaborate with the team to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
* Stay updated on relevant technologies.
* Manage ticket reporting.
* Research and develop solutions based on client needs.
Qualifications
* Strong knowledge of Windows OS.
* Organized with good prioritization skills and proactive communication.
* Capable of multitasking, working under pressure, and meeting deadlines.
* Enthusiastic about learning and skill improvement.
