About the role
As a qualified Dispensing Optician, you will provide high-quality customer care and expert advice to make a positive impact on our customers and encourage their loyalty. You will work in one of our stores under the supervision of the Store Manager.
Responsibilities include:
1. Providing clinical support for regulated dispensing in-store.
2. Sharing your knowledge to inspire and lead your Optical team.
3. Listening to customer needs and offering expert advice.
4. Assisting customers in selecting appropriate eyewear and guiding them to the best products for their needs.
5. Supporting operational processes to ensure efficient store performance and legal compliance.
6. Providing specialized knowledge for patients with complex requirements.
What you’ll need to have:
1. Registration with the General Optical Council (GOC).
2. A passion for learning and completing all required CPD training.
