Radiographer/Mammographer (Bank)

Up to £30 per hour depending on experience
We’re looking for an experienced Mammographer/Radiographer with the ability to work on the Bank as part of a highly professional team, motivated to deliver a quality service and patient experience in a hospital environment. Along with a BSc, or equivalent, in diagnostic radiography, you’ll need HCPC registration, a certificate of competency in Mammography and post‑qualification experience (UK Postgraduate Certificate/PgCert essential). With a customer‑service focus you should be personable with good communication skills.
As a Mammographer at our Warwickshire Hospital you’ll bring advanced technical knowledge and the ability to work quickly and accurately. You have a great eye for detail and are caring by nature.
Responsibilities
* Deliver a high‑quality diagnostic imaging service for a varied caseload
* Work with leading practitioners in the department, on the ward and in theatre
* Experience new practices, equipment and facilities
* Help develop policies, procedures and junior colleagues
* See each patient as an individual and operate with understanding and empathy
* Provide a service of the highest quality, with sensitivity and compassion
Working on the bank means you are not contracted to a set number of hours per week but instead work on an ad‑hoc basis to suit the needs of the business and your availability.
