Role
As a Bank Support Practitioner, you will provide high‑quality, person‑centred support when it’s needed most, helping ensure consistent care during staff leave, sickness or training.
Responsibilities
* Supporting with meal preparation and medication
* Providing personal care and assisting with moving and handling
* Supporting individuals to attend appointments and community activities
* Encouraging hobbies, interests, social opportunities and confidence‑building
* Supporting with budgeting, daily living skills and personal organisation
* Providing emotional support and helping individuals maintain positive relationships
Qualifications
* A caring and empathetic nature
* Excellent communication skills
* Confidence with computers and digital systems
* Ability to work well both independently and within a team
* Strong organisational skills
Shift Patterns
* Early shifts from 7:30 am
* Late shifts finishing at 9:30 pm or 10 pm
* Sleepovers
* Waking night
* Weekends and public holidays
