Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Service Operations Manager in Fire and Security to oversee service delivery, account management, and continuous improvement. The role involves managing a team of maintenance engineers and support staff across South England, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and enhancing operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and motivate a team of technicians, installers, and support staff.
