Job Title: Kitchen Fitter
Location: Mobile – Cannock & up to 1 hour travel radius
Contract: minimum 5 months work, potential to go permanent
Hours: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week
Rate: £25 per hour (CIS)

About the Role:
Build Recruitment is currently seeking an experienced Kitchen Fitter to join our client’s planned maintenance team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work within domestic properties, carrying out Kitchen Upgrades upgrades and general maintenance.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Carry out a variety of kitchen upgrades across our contracts based in the Midlands.
2. Deliver high-quality maintenance in occupied and void properties.
3. Conduct secondary trade work to a competent standard (e.g., basic plumbing, tiling, etc.)
4. Maintain excellent customer service throughout your visits
Requirements:
5. NVQ or City & Guilds L2 in Carpentry / Joinery / kitchen fitting
6. Previous experience in kitchen fitting, across social housing or private
7. Strong communication and customer service skills
8. Own a van
9. Full UK Driving Licence
10. Ability to perform basic secondary trades (desirable)
