Introduction
This residential development is looking for a polished, people-focused Concierge to be the first point of contact for residents and visitors on a part-time basis (Saturday and Sunday). This role is all about setting the tone, delivering excellent service, and keeping the front of house running smoothly.

What You’ll Be Doing:
* Acting as the front-of-house presence for the development, creating a welcoming and professional environment.
* Greeting residents and visitors, managing access, and handling day-to-day enquiries with confidence and care.
* Answering phone calls, emails, and correspondence in a clear, friendly, and professional manner.
* Responding to issues or complaints, taking ownership and escalating where needed to ensure resolution.
* Supporting the smooth running of the building by assisting with mobilisation, handovers, and resident move-ins.
* Helping maintain site standards, compliance records, and basic risk management routines.
* Working closely with the wider site and management teams to ensure residents receive a consistently high level of service.
Main Skills Needed:
* Strong customer service and front-of-house experience.
* Confident communication skills, both face-to-face and written.
* A calm, organised approach with good attention to detail.
* Ability to handle queries and complaints professionally and empathetically.
* Comfortable using systems and technology to log information and tasks.
* A proactive, team-focused mindset with a genuine pride in your work.
