An exciting opportunity has arisen at The Newcastle upon Tyne Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust, based within the Intestinal Failure and Rehabilitation Unit at Freeman Hospital. We are seeking a dynamic, enthusiastic, and highly motivated individual to join our Allied Health Professionals (AHP) Team as an AHP Associate Practitioner. This unique role spans three disciplines – Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy, and Dietetics – within a specialist regional centre for patients with intestinal failure. This is a rare chance to be part of a specialist team dedicated to improving outcomes for patients with intestinal failure. You will gain valuable experience across three AHP disciplines, contribute to innovative patient care, and play a key role in service development. The postholder will be supported by qualified staff from each profession and will undergo competency‑based training relative to the clinical speciality. It would be suitable for an experienced Band 3 keen to develop or an existing Band 4 who is keen to specialise within this patient group. If you are passionate about making a difference and thrive in a collaborative, specialist environment, we encourage you to apply.
