Role: Graduate Fire Safety Engineers
Location: Portsmouth
Package: £32,000-£35,500 p/a, company vehicle, pension, health plan, hybrid working
Our client, a leading provider of fire safety and compliance solutions committed to improving fire safety standards across the built environment, is seeking a Graduate Fire Engineer to join its expanding team.
This role involves supporting the delivery of detailed fire strategies across various existing buildings, including listed, commercial, leisure, and residential sites. It offers an excellent opportunity for someone aiming to build a career in fire engineering while gaining practical experience on diverse and challenging projects.
Job Description
1. Join their growing team as a Graduate Fire Engineer and play a key role in developing fire strategies for a diverse portfolio of existing buildings.
2. Assist in developing comprehensive fire strategies in compliance with UK regulations.
3. Conduct site visits and support fire risk assessments.
4. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate fire safety solutions.
5. Stay updated with current fire safety legislation and best practices.
Requirements
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Fire Engineering or a related discipline (e.g., Mechanical Engineering, Building Services).
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
* Keen interest in pursuing a career in fire engineering.
