At Leaders in Care we're partnered directly with good/outstanding rates councils nationwide and are currently seeking experienced children's social workers to join various teams, including Child Protection/ Child in Need, Children in Care, Duty & Assessment, Child and Family Assessment, and CWD.
Due to our unique way of working, we can offer enhanced rates of up to £46/h for certain roles, that has been topped up by our exclusive Leaders in Care bonus. Some of these roles even come with generous accommodation bonuses of £250/week on top of your pay!
Further benefits include flexible working hours, which can allow you to condense your hours over 4 days, giving you a better work life balance. You can also expect regular learning and development opportunities to ensure you are continuing your growth as a practitioner.
Our different approach to agency work means we will be in constant contact, checking in every week to ensure you happy in work and feel supported throughout.
We also offer stability, with 6 months contracts from the get go, with the option to further extend beyond this should you want to.
As these are statutory roles, you do require a social work qualification & registration to Social Work England.
