o Assist in evaluating supported accommodation providers.
o Monitor and address inquiries and issues from the general inbox.
o Guide residents to suitable internal or external services such as mental health support, addiction assistance, and benefits advice.
o Schedule and oversee appointments for key workers, maintenance, and external services.
o Maintain records and manage the Housing Management Systems.

Requirements
* Knowledge of Supported Accommodation and/or Housing Benefit is essential.
* Previous experience in Supported Accommodation is preferred.
* Strong customer service and communication abilities.
* Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
* Proficiency in IT, including MS365 applications like Teams and Outlook.
