Summit provides vital skills for a career in Financial Services along with developing a great network with other Graduates across the group. The Role The Graduate BDE role would suit a graduate who has strong attention to detail. This role also involves building relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, so great interpersonal skills are crucial. Main duties include but are not limited to: Supporting all aspects of new business activity under the direction of the House Team and/or Regional Sales Director. Providing a range of administrative support to internal stakeholders. Working with the onboarding team to commence new client facilities. Analytical review of prospective client information/proposals with support of colleagues. Managing and updating the CRM. Logging new business leads. Undertaking company and director searches. Liaising with prospective clients as required. Collating data accurately and effectively. Skills and competencies Excellent telephone manner. Computer Literate. Numerate with analytical ability. Effective communicator. Customer Service focused. Team player Practical problem-solving competence. Ability to deliver quality outputs with agreed timescales.
