Experience
The job holder should have experience in cleaning.

Must use tact and diplomacy when dealing with client personnel at all levels, visitors, and other stakeholders to gain cooperation.
Responsibility
Human Resource Management
Responsible for checking the quality of their work and supervising less experienced staff when required.
Physical Resource Management
* Responsible for the care of tools and equipment used, whether belonging to the client or Pareto.
* Maintain confidentiality on all matters related to Pareto and the client.
Communication
Primarily oral and written communication with site managers, client’s staff, contractors, visitors, inspectors, and governing bodies.
