Part Time Payroll Administrator – St. Austell - Circa: 22,500 Pro Rata
Trial Balance Consulting has been engaged by our long-standing client, a well-established and reputable hospitality business located in the St. Austell area, seeking to recruit an experienced Payroll Assistant. This is an urgent, part-time position with anticipated working hours of 20 hours per week (working patterns TBC).
The role involves working closely with an experienced Payroll Manager responsible for weekly and monthly payroll for approximately 400 employees. The successful candidate will support all aspects of payroll administration, including:
* Working alongside the Payroll Manager in all payroll processes
* Maintaining payroll records
* Administering new starters and leavers
* Managing salary adjustments, absences, and holiday requests
* Processing RTI submissions
* Ensuring compliance with current regulations
* Handling employee payroll queries
* Performing payroll analysis
* Administering P60s, P45s, P11Ds, and processing SSP/SPP payments
We are seeking an experienced payroll professional with at least 12 months of recent experience in a similar setting. Sector-specific experience is not required, and applications from practice-based payroll professionals are welcome.
