Sales Manager
Service & Aftermarket (UK & Ireland)
. This position focuses on managing and growing relationships with a large existing customer base, while also developing new opportunities across industries such as power generation, materials handling, and heavy industry. The company has an excellent reputation, strong technical support, and a loyal client portfolio.
The role includes: Managing existing accounts and building new end-user business across the UK & Ireland Selling the aftermarket solutions ofindustrial gearboxes (service, repair, replacement, and parts) 80% customer-facing travel, 20% home office Collaborating closely with a supportive UK and European team
The Person: Have a strong background in selling service and repair of gearboxes (but they will consider service and repair sales or pumps, motors, etc) Have a strong engineering background and be able to read technical drawings Customer-focused, enthusiastic, and hands-on Comfortable engaging at all levels, from engineers to senior decision-makers A team player who takes ownership and works collaboratively
