Job Opportunity: TIG Welder Fabricator – F1 & Automotive Industry

We are working in partnership with a prestigious client at the forefront of Formula 1 and high-performance automotive engineering to recruit an experienced TIG Welder Fabricator.
This is a unique opportunity to work within a fast-paced, precision-driven environment where the highest standards of craftsmanship and engineering excellence are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
Carry out high-precision TIG welding on thin-gauge materials including aluminium, stainless steel, Inconel, and titanium.
Fabricate complex components and assemblies from technical drawings, CAD models, and verbal instructions.
Work to extremely tight tolerances, ensuring all parts meet F1 and motorsport quality standards.
Collaborate closely with engineers and designers to resolve fabrication challenges and refine manufacturing processes.
Perform visual and dimensional inspections to ensure exceptional quality and consistency.
Maintain a clean, organised and safety-compliant workshop environment.
Requirements:
Proven experience in TIG welding and fabrication, ideally within F1, motorsport, or high-end automotive sectors.
Strong understanding of engineering drawings, weld symbols, and fabrication techniques.
Experience working with specialist materials used in motorsport and aerospace applications.
Skilled in sheet metal work, tube manipulation, jig work, and bespoke fabrication.
A meticulous approach to quality, with the ability to deliver consistently clean and structurally sound welds.
Self-motivated, professional, and able to work both independently and as part of a collaborative engineering team.
