We’re looking for someone with great organisation and administration skills and an awareness of safety hazards within an engineering design, production and operational environment, to join our Engineering Compliance function. This team helps to keep our people and equipment safe by ensuring our buildings, equipment and engineering activities meet the required safety, regulatory and certification standards. Some of the benefits Salary £29,079 to £34,210 (dependent on experience) Flexible working 26 days’ annual leave plus Bank Holidays Competitive pension scheme (contributions of up to 10% of basic salary) Life assurance Health cashplan option Your Role As our Safety and Compliance Coordinator (known internally as Compliance Support Engineer), you will: Assist with the preparation and delivery of workshops with various teams; helping to organise and coordinate these, take notes, save and distribute the outputs of the workshops. Use your methodical administration skills to keep documents, notes and logs organised and saved appropriately on SharePoint. And in other locations. Work to and ensure that compliance documentation aligns to specific processes. Work with a range of internal and external customers and authorities. Provide administrative and technical support across compliance activities relating to our Lifeboats, and their launch and recovery equipment. About You To be considered as Safety and Compliance Coordinator you will need: Experience working in an engineering, safety, compliance or documentation focused environment. Have an awareness of technical hazards (the sort you might find when operating heavy equipment or machinery or boats and their equipment). Strong organisation and administration skills.
