What They're Looking For
• An experienced QS ideally from a consultancy/client side background
• Ideally MRICS qualified (or working towards it)
• Commercial awareness and client-facing confidence
• Experience on commercial, BTR, or mixed-use schemes (other sectors will be considered)
• Someone ready to take ownership of prestigious projects
