Experience and Qualifications:
Ideal candidates will have retail management experience, preferably in the food sector, but we welcome applications from individuals passionate about retail who can demonstrate:
1. Proven people management skills
2. A clear understanding of and achievement in meeting KPIs
3. A passion for retail excellence, standards, and customer service
4. The ambition to elevate their team and store to higher retail standards
5. Ability to implement performance management and succession planning in-store
