Overview
We are seeking a friendly and professional Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing excellent customer service and administrative support. This role requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Duties
* Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and professional manner
* Answer and direct phone calls with proper phone etiquette
* Manage incoming correspondence, including emails and postal mail
* Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
* Proficient computer skills including typing speed and accuracy
* Maintain an organised filing system for documents and records
* Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments and managing calendars
* Utilise Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace for various office tasks
* Process invoices and maintain financial records using QuickBooks
* Support team members with clerical duties as needed
Qualifications
* Previous office experience is essential, with a focus on administrative role
* Strong organisational skills to manage multiple priorities effectively
* Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace tools.
* Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills, both written and verbal
* Attention to detail in all aspects of work, particularly in data entry tasks
