Project Manager - HVAC / Air Conditioning
Location: Watford
Salary: £55,000 - £65,000 basic + Vehicle & Fuel Card + Pension + Immediate Start + Stability & Security
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and highly organised Project Manager with a strong background in HVAC and Air Conditioning systems. Due to growth and a booming order book, we seek a technically proficient Project Manager to oversee projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery within budget and standards. This role is ideal for career progression or for those wanting to leverage management skills in the HVAC industry.
Your Role as an HVAC Project Manager will include:
* Planning, organizing, and managing HVAC/AC installation and service projects
* Coordinating teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to meet deadlines
* Managing budgets, resources, and client expectations
* Providing technical guidance based on product knowledge
The successful HVAC Project Manager will have:
* Proven experience managing HVAC and/or Air Conditioning projects
* Strong product knowledge of various systems
* Exceptional organizational and communication skills
