Reed Talent Solutions are proud to be working with Cadent Gas in the search for two Customer Centre Senior Administrators to join their dynamic and growing team in Leicester.
Responsibilities
* Managing customer telephone contact and resolving core queries
* Operating office systems, processing documents, and maintaining accurate records
* Handling enquiries and complaints from internal and external stakeholders
* Providing technical support and assisting with workload coordination
* Ensuring accurate data input across spreadsheets and business systems
* Taking ownership of customer relationships from start to resolution
* Supporting continuous improvement and service excellence
* Assisting in the development and reporting of Key Performance Indicators
Qualifications
* Have excellent customer service skills
* Are friendly, approachable, and professional
* Can work effectively in a fast-paced environment
* Ideally have previous experience in the utilities sector (not essential but a great advantage)
