We are looking for a compassionate and skilled SEN Teaching Assistant to work closely with students who have additional needs, including those who are low or non-verbal. Your role will involve providing tailored support to help students overcome challenges and achieve their goals in a safe and inclusive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support students with additional needs in their learning and development.
* Work with low or non-verbal students to enhance communication and engagement.
* Assist in the preparation and adaptation of learning materials.
* Collaborate with teachers and specialists to deliver individualized support plans.
* Foster a positive and inclusive atmosphere within the classroom.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in an SEN setting.
* A strong understanding of working with students with additional needs, including low or non-verbal communication.

* Relevant qualifications in education or SEN support are desirable.
