This opportunity is to work directly with an Adviser and Paraplanner, helping to keep client relationships running smoothly and ensuring the day-to-day processes are handled with care. The role is to manage all aspects of client administration, from onboarding and preparing meeting packs to liaising with providers, while learning and developing within a supportive, professional environment. It offers variety, and there’s scope to take on more technical responsibilities over time if that aligns with your interests. A background in financial services is important, along with strong organisation, attention to detail, and confident communication. Experience in an IFA support role and familiarity with systems like Intelliflo are beneficial but not essential.
