Senior Associate – Dispute Resolution |SW London |circa £80K|hybrid working |Legal 500 firm
A leading Legal 500 firm with a stellar reputation, this practice operates from offices in both SW London and the City. As the HOD also manages firmwide compliance, they are seeking a Senior Associate who can offer both technical litigation strength and day-to-day support in team leadership and oversight.
This is not a back-office role — it is perfect for someone who wants to shape and grow a department, have a voice at the table, and get involved in management and business development.
To undertake a high-level mixed caseload of civil, property and commercial disputes resolution matters including contentious probate
Actively contribute to the growth of the Dispute Resolution department through networking and business development
Supervisory responsibilities i.e. mentoring, managing performance and development of juniors and trainee solicitors
Qualified Litigation Solicitor with at least 7 years PQE across a broad mix of civil and commercial matters including property disputes and contentious probate
Ability to manage junior team members, ensuring high performance and professional development
Hybrid working (3 days in office / 2 from home)
