Baltic Recruitment is proud to partner with The Danesmoor Group, based in Newton Aycliffe. We are supporting their recruitment for a Spray Painter (Paint Finishing) to join their busy team.

Our mix of fully automated and hand-sprayed paint-to-order (PTO) offers an extensive colour palette and high-quality finishes for all paint-to-order products across our kitchen component portfolio.
Overview
The successful candidate will work in our fast-paced paint finishing production facility, processing bespoke products and colours for customer orders. Responsibilities include spray painting, prepping, and quality checks to ensure a high standard of finish that delights customers.
Spray Painter Main Duties & Responsibilities
* Work towards strict targets and quality standards
* Paint bespoke customer orders, ensuring maximum quality and finish
* Regular cleaning and maintenance of equipment
* Maintain a safe and productive work environment
* Complete all relevant paperwork accurately and on time
Applicants
* Must have previous spray-painting experience
* Excellent communication skills, high accuracy, and attention to detail
* Strong work ethic
* Ability to identify different colours and primers
Compensation & Working Hours
Hourly rate is £15.10, including a 15% shift allowance. The role involves working Monday to Friday on a 2-shift pattern (6am-2pm & 2pm-10.30pm, or 2pm-8pm on Fridays), with overtime available. During training, you'll work a day shift from 7.30am to 3.30pm at a basic hourly rate of £13.13 before transferring to the shift pattern.
